I dream to sleep 16 hours

I am a light sleeper. I am an early sleeper. My natural circadian rhythm makes me sleep around 11 and wake up at 6 or 7 when I am lucky.But work, academics, my abd habits and other things like Life got in the way and turned my circadian rhythm to making me sleep at 1am…

I am a light sleeper. I am an early sleeper. My natural circadian rhythm makes me sleep around 11 and wake up at 6 or 7 when I am lucky.
But work, academics, my abd habits and other things like Life got in the way and turned my circadian rhythm to making me sleep at 1am and waking up at 7.30am.

I am not good at sleeping. I wish I was. Unfortunately, this is not one of the things in my life I can take up and project plan the hell out of to improve.
Or I can ‘Bryan Johnson’ this thing and become better at sleeping?

I couldn’t sleep around anyone or in under any kind light or with sound around. I would wake up with the Sun or this one time, I woke up everyday at 3am for a few months.

My brother can sleep till 11am. My partner can sleep for 16 hours at a stretch and some of my friends sleep 4 hours longer than I do at our sleepovers.

So, all this context to share a simple yet profound dream I have- I want to sleep for 16 hours straight, at least once.

Let me research more on sleep and how to become a better sleeper and decide how I’ll make this dream come true and I might update it here.
